after a warm welcome from Mairead and a wonderful breakfast, I felt energized to explore the nearby Silent Valley Mountain Park, which is just less than a 5-minute walk away, and Knockchree, situated only about 3 km away, made for some breathtaking hikes.

Wonderful stay filled with warm hospitality.

No elevator access means hauling luggage up two flights of stairs, which can be taxing, especially for those with mobility issues. The handbasin location outside of the bathroom raises hygiene concerns and feels misplaced. Limited tea-making facilities could use some attention, as the milk wasn't available, and the sugar could've been cleaner.
